At Maa Althahab, product exchanges and returns are available within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, provided the item is eligible for exchange or return. Products not eligible under our policy cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
To return or exchange an item, please follow this process:
- Contact us via WhatsApp at 0615480021 and explain your request in detail—please provide product photos.
- If the product is eligible for an exchange or return, we will arrange for a courier pick-up. The exchange or return process will be completed within 3 to 4 business days.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or delivery issue, shipping costs for the exchange or refund will be free. However, for any other reason, return or refund shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- For returns, your refund will be processed via bank transfer within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange and Return Eligibility:
- All our products are eligible for exchange.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or delivery issue, Maa Althahab will cover the return or exchange costs.
- Ensure that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, otherwise, the courier will refuse to process the exchange or return.
Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return:
- Damages caused to the product by the customer.
- Return or refund requests made after the 14-day period.
Exchange and Refund of Products Included in Offers or Gifts:
- These products are eligible for exchange for a similar product of the same value. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Gifts cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- If you wish to return a product included in a package, all items in the package must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Note: Return requests without a valid reason are not accepted. However, an exchange is possible, provided you cover the return and shipping costs.
